REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – ASTROZIN

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on Astrozin for astrology consultations, numerology services, spiritual guidance sessions, energy-based advisory, digital reports, and educational content.

By purchasing any service from Astrozin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Nature of Services (Important Understanding)

All services provided by Astrozin are:

  • Digital in nature
  • Personalized and time-based
  • Based on interpretation, analysis, and consultation work

Once a service is booked, resources, time, and expertise are allocated immediately toward fulfillment.

3. General Refund Policy (Strict Rule)

As a standard policy:

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Service Initiation

If a user requests cancellation before the service has been initiated (for example, before consultation scheduling or report preparation), Astrozin may, at its discretion, consider rescheduling or adjustment but refund is not guaranteed.

4.2 After Service Initiation

Once any of the following has started:

  • Consultation has begun
  • Report preparation has started
  • Analysis has been initiated
  • Digital content access has been provided

👉 The service is considered initiated and non-cancellable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

For live consultations:

  • Users may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered completed

6. Eligible Refund Exceptions (Very Limited Cases)

Refunds will ONLY be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

A. Duplicate Payment

If the same transaction is charged more than once due to a technical error.

B. Payment Deducted but Service Not Confirmed

If payment is successful but booking is not recorded or service is not initiated.

C. Technical Failure from Platform Side

If Astrozin is unable to deliver the service due to internal technical issues.

7. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Different expectations from service outcome
  • Delay in delivery due to workload or scheduling
  • Partial completion of service
  • Change of mind after booking
  • Failure to attend scheduled session
  • Misunderstanding of service nature

8. Digital Service Clause

Users acknowledge that:

  • All services are intangible and digital
  • Once delivered or initiated, they cannot be reversed
  • Interpretation-based services cannot be “returned” like physical goods

9. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Astrozin, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate unauthorized chargebacks after receiving or accessing services
  • In case of any issue, you will first contact Astrozin support for resolution
  • Initiating false chargebacks may result in service restriction or blacklisting from future services

10. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved under eligible cases:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited only to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway

11. Service Quality Note

Therefore, results and interpretations may vary from person to person.
