1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astrozin website, platform, and all associated services including astrology consultations, numerology readings, spiritual guidance sessions, energy-based advisory services, educational courses, digital reports, and any other offerings provided by Astrozin.
By accessing, browsing, booking, or purchasing any service from Astrozin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

- Numerology readings

- Educational spiritual courses and content
3. No Guarantee of Results (Critical Legal Protection Clause)
Astrozin does NOT provide or guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or changes in any aspect of life, including but not limited to:
- Financial gains or losses
- Job placement, career success, or promotions
- Relationship success, marriage, or compatibility outcomes
- Health improvements or healing outcomes
- Business growth or investment results
- Life events, timing predictions, or future certainty
All readings and guidance are interpretative in nature and depend on multiple external and personal factors beyond our control.
By using our services, you acknowledge that no service offered by Astrozin constitutes a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any outcome.
4. No Professional Advice Disclaimer
Astrozin services are not a substitute for professional advice in any domain.
You expressly agree that:
- Astrozin does not provide medical advice or diagnosis
- Astrozin does not provide legal advice
- Astrozin does not provide financial or investment advice
- Astrozin does not provide psychological or psychiatric counseling

5. User Responsibility & Independent Decision Making
By using Astrozin services, you agree that:
- All decisions you make based on consultations or guidance are your sole responsibility
- You will use the information provided only as supportive or reference guidance
- You will not treat any consultation as absolute truth or instruction
- You understand that personal interpretation and free will play a major role in life outcomes
Astrozin shall not be responsible for any decision, action, or consequence arising from use of our services.
6. Eligibility
To use paid services of Astrozin, you must be at least 18 years of age.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
7. Booking & Payments
All payments made on Astrozin are subject to the following conditions:
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, UPI gateways, etc.)
- Astrozin does not store any sensitive financial information such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway
- Prices of services may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice
- Taxes (if applicable) will be included or displayed at checkout
You agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks after receiving services, unless a genuine technical issue exists as defined in refund policy.
8. Service Delivery
Astrozin services may be delivered in one or more of the following formats:
- WhatsApp messages or reports
- Email-based reports or PDFs
- Audio/video consultation calls
- Live video sessions
- Digital course access
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on:
- Consultant availability
- Complexity of service
- Volume of requests
- Technical or operational delays
Astrozin reserves the right to reschedule or delay services in unavoidable circumstances.
9. Rescheduling Policy
If a user has booked a live consultation:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered completed and non-refundable
10. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse any Astrozin service or consultant
- Provide false or misleading information during booking
- Attempt fraudulent transactions or unauthorized chargebacks
- Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately with consultants or support team
- Use services for illegal or unethical purposes
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
11. Refund & Cancellation Reference
All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. In general, Astrozin operates on a no-refund policy for completed or initiated services, except in specific technical or duplicate transaction cases.

- Written content
- Audio/video content
- Website design and branding
is the intellectual property of Astrozin and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrozin shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Financial loss or business loss
- Emotional distress or personal dissatisfaction
- Decisions made based on guidance or consultation
- Third-party actions or events beyond our control
Your use of services is entirely at your own risk.
14. Third-Party Services
Astrozin may use third-party services for:

- Communication (WhatsApp, email platforms)
- Hosting and analytics
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Astrozin is not responsible for their actions or failures.
